Viewing trip

If you intend to live full-time or just part of the year in your investment or are just making a strategic investment, we recommend you make an inspection trip before you buy the property. Apart from inspecting the property location, the purpose of the inspection trip is to sign the pre-contract. If you are a property investor and you do not have the spare time for an inspection trip, the pre-contract can be signed „from a distance” and you can visit us for the signing of the final contract. Crown will organise your inspection trip to Bulgaria.
